Wobi Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Wobi app, published by Laya Vantage Systems Corp (“we,” “us”). By downloading or using Wobi, you agree to these Terms. Wobi is designed for children, so we expect a parent or guardian to review these Terms and supervise any purchase.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Wobi for your own non-commercial, personal use, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Wellness, not medical care

Wobi is a general wellness and relaxation practice for everyday calm and focus. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you have concerns about a child's health or wellbeing, consult a qualified professional.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

Wobi offers an optional subscription, “Wobi Premium,” and a one-time lifetime purchase. All purchases are made through the App Store and placed behind a parental gate.

  • The price and billing period are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.

  • You can manage or cancel a subscription any time in Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account; purchases, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. We do not process payments or issue refunds directly.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Wobi — for example, by attempting to reverse-engineer, resell, or interfere with the app, or by using it in any unlawful way.

5. Intellectual property

Wobi, including the Wobi character, its companions, artwork, sounds, and software, is owned by Laya Vantage Systems Corp and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or content beyond the license above.

6. Disclaimers

Wobi is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laya Vantage Systems Corp will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Wobi.

8. Apple's standard terms

If any provision here conflicts with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, these Terms control to the extent permitted; otherwise Apple's standard EULA also applies, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce it.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; the “last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
