Wobi Privacy Policy

Wobi is a calm-breathing companion app for children, published by Laya Vantage Systems Corp (“we,” “us”). We built Wobi for the App Store Kids Category, around one simple promise: Wobi does not collect your — or your child's — personal data.
Information we collect
None. Wobi does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information from any user, including children under 13. In App Store terms, our data practice is “Data Not Collected.”
Information stored on your device
To make the app work, Wobi stores a small amount of information locally on your device only:
An optional nickname you choose (never required, and never a real name unless you type one);
Your selected mode and light preferences;
Your reef progress and collected friends.
This information never leaves the device, is not accessible to us, and is removed if you delete the app or use the in-app “start over” option.
Children's privacy
Wobi is intended for children and complies with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU/UK GDPR-K, and the UK Age Appropriate Design Code. Because we collect no personal information from anyone, we collect none from children. Wobi contains no behavioral advertising, no third-party tracking, and no external links or purchase prompts accessible to children — any purchase, link, or permission is placed behind a parental gate and addressed to a parent or guardian.
Purchases
Wobi offers an optional subscription (“Wobi Premium”). Purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your name, payment card, or billing details. Apple's handling of purchases is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
Third parties
Wobi includes no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs that collect personal data. The only third party involved is Apple, solely to process an optional purchase you choose to make.
Permissions
Wobi does not request access to the camera, microphone, photos, contacts, location, or health data.
Data security
Because Wobi keeps its data on your device and transmits nothing, there is no server or database of user information to breach.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change our practices, we will update this page and its “last updated” date. Wobi's no-collection posture is a core commitment, not a temporary setting.
